One step ahead – communicating product sustainability performance in the context of international measuring initiatives
Henkel's sustainability strategy encompasses the entire value chain and refers to the goal to triple efficiency by 2030. This strategy is implemented by intensively involving employees and partners along the value chain in sustainability initiatives, and by improving evaluation, management and communication of performance.
The presentation focuses on Henkel’s experiences in Phase 1 of the PEF initiative and voluntary activities on footprinting of products and related communications, which are embedded in an initiative of the detergent industry.
