Sales Manager (m/f)


Location: London

Availability: As soon as possible


Your Responsibilities

  • Grow the business in the UK and Ireland through proactive management of the sales pipeline
  • Generate new sales opportunities through leads generation and qualification
  • Follow-up on sales leads generated by the marketing team
  • Report on the status of sales in the region to the Managing Director
  • Develop Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to key accounts in order to achieve sales targets
  • Generate customized proposals for prospective clients
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell to existing customers
  • Present the thinkstep sales offering to potential customers
  • Collaborate with the UK and Ireland Managing Director and the consultant team to plan and execute on tactics that help generate new business
  • Coordinate the UK marketing plan with the Managing Director to ensure generation of leads
  • Attend conferences and events to network with potential customers 

Your Profile

  • 8-10 years in sales/business development - B2B, high tech/SaaS or sustainability preferred
  • Experience in developing and executing sales plans
  • Success in meeting sales targets
  • Strong networking skills
  • Possession of a good network in the sustainability field is an advantage
  • Excellent project management skills, while working on multiple priorities and demands from multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter who takes charge of projects and sees them through to completion – Fully Hands-on
  • Has great interpersonal skills and enjoys working with people
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • The desire to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for Sustainability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
