Marketing/Lead Generation Specialist (m/f)

Desired start date: ASAP

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Assertively engage with prospects via telephone or electronic means, utilize best in class technology and create a pipeline to support company objectives
  • With sales, develop and execute integrated campaigns leveraging multiple channels to reach your target audience, including but not limited to eDirect Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to plan and execute on tactics, activities and materials for the purpose of conveying the most positive marketing message to target markets
  • Effectively communicate the business value of thinkstep and understand the customer’s problem that needs to be solved
  • Create individual and targeted outbound sales campaigns that drive pipeline and bookings
  • Provide prospect and customer feedback to product managers on thinkstep products and services to support their ongoing growth and development to meet and exceed market requirements
  • Continuously strive to improve sales and marketing effectiveness and business acumen

 

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Understand user behavior and software functionality - the ability to explain each in ordinary terms
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills, while working on multiple priorities and demands from multiple stakeholders
  • Self-starter who takes charge of projects and sees them through to completion
  • Strong track record of successful internal and external relationship management
  • Great interpersonal skills - enjoys working with people
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Strong analytical skills and reasoning abilities
  • Personal connection to sustainability and its importance within business and society
  • Bachelor’s degree required
